Lucia was pleasant and acclimating to our needs. The apartment was spotless, the balcony is amazing. Facing the water, away from the hustle and bustle of the main island but so close with a short Vaporetto ride away. Lucia doesn’t speak English but if you call the number on booking.com when you arrive, you’ll get her son who does speak English. The washer and clothesline was a great plus for us and the location was 11/10. Go to Bar Di Monica for great aperitivo!
Clean. Relax. Has everything needed to cook. Nice view. I felt like I was loving in Italy. Very sweet host.
Modern, spacious & well-appointed space with great views of the sea. Located just a 5 min vaparetto ride to the quaint island of Giudecca it as a pleasure to return to after the hustle and bustle of main areas of Venice.
The apartment was renovated, so clean and tidy.
The owner , Lucia was a very friendly lady couldn’t speak English but tried to help us as much as she could.
The location of the apartment was outside of main Venice island but was just 5 mins away from Doge palace and main Venice.
Super clean, comfortable apartment. The hosts were great and helpful. This apartment is on the quiet side of Venice, but it's really easy and cheap to get around by water bus so it's a short bus ride to shopping, dining, sites etc.
