this is a luxurious experience. the hotel has extensive public areas including large gardens and infinity pool. you feel like in a great resort but minutes walking from town center. we had a room with extraordinary terrace. we ate only one lunch on our terrace but it was something to remember. friendly and caring staff and management.
The atmosphere and level of attention to personal meeting the needs of the guests was over the top.
Very elegant and customer service is very personal and good.
Every detail is amazing from food to service to the room. It is excellent, Federica from concierge is very welcoming so are the staff.
