Great place with a large and beautiful roof deck. The owner was very nice as well.

Casa Carmela was super comfortable and spacious and it had the most wonderful terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. It is located in an ideal place just a short walk from the center of Taormina. Close but in a quiet neighborhood where you could easily access anything you wanted including a market that carried a wonderful selection of local wines at very reasonable prices. The most wonderful thing was the service. Pietro was so accommodating, greeted us at the train station and took us to his property where he welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine. When we expressed not knowing how to use the washing machine he offered to have our laundry washed at his hotel and later delivered a clean bag of clothes to the house. Of all the places we have stayed throughout the years I have to say Pietro has been the absolute best! Hospitality has run in his family for generations and it shows. You will love it here!

Good central location close to shops and local transport. Great terrace. Hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Picked us up from the train station which was a really nice touch.

The host picked us up from the train station. We were incredibly grateful for this, and surprised by the warm welcome. There was a lot of space and we had an amazing view. Since Taormina is on the more expensive side, we appreciated the homely place to come back to after a touristy excursion.

Location fantastic. Facilities excellent And host Pietro very hospitable and welcoming. Words cannot describe how beautiful the view from terrace is and also no photo can fully do it justice. You have to experience it for yourself and see it in different light throughout day.
