The quality of the apartment and the hospitality of the host.

The host was amazing and helpful. The property is located in an A+++ prime location for travelers to Venice, in terms of being able to get to/from airport, getting around Venice by vaparetto, and proximity by walking to the sights that Venice has to offer. It was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Very clean, spacious, very close to water boat dock and grocery stores and restaurants

We had stayed here before and were sooo excited that it was available. Elisa could not be a better hostess. She is thorough and prompt yet welcoming and efficient. She give great advice and is certainly available if needed but not in your way at all. The apt is 20 steps from the ferry dock. And Elisa will meet you when you arrive and see you off when you leave.

Elisa met us at our water taxi from the airport and guided us to the front door, showed us how to use everything in the apartment, and made suggestions as to what we might enjoy seeing while in Venice. Location was quick water bus ride, everything in Venice was no more than a 30min walk. Excellent, superb overall.
