The location is fantastic. It's literally less than 5 minutes from the heart of the city and 2 minutes away from the Etruscan arch. There was no breakfast offered, but I was not expecting one. The place has a kitchenette and all the basic things for preparing one's own food. There was coffee and a moka coffee maker.
I had a really nice stay! The exchange of the key was easy & uncomplicated and the apartment had everything I needed :)
Additionally the location is really good (central, but quite at night). I recommend going to the cafe (it's called pinturicchio cafe + kitchen) across the street. Thanks for the amazing stay! :)
A Truly Memorable Stay in Perugia!
I recently had the pleasure of spending a week in this charming flat in Perugia, and I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience. This trip was incredibly sentimental for me, as it was my first visit back after 25 years — a nostalgic journey to reconnect with my roots from my youthful days as a 20-something living in this beautiful city.
The apartment was in excellent condition, clean, and well-equipped with all the facilities I needed. I especially appreciated being able to cook for myself — it made my stay feel even more authentic and homely. The price was very fair, offering great value for such a lovely place in a prime location.
