Sario the host was very nice and helpful, with recommendations and parking. The loft was small but still very comfortable, clean and well equipped. there’s even a fridge, coffee machine and microwave in the lobby.
The loft is located a few minutes away from the Sassi (the center) - with free public parking nearby. we had a great time!
Just outside the city centre and located in a modern and clean bulding. the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. big and super clean bathroom, it felt like we were the first ones to use the rooms :)
The check in was easy and the staff very kind and responsive.
The location is not too far to go to center of Matera. If you go there by car, you may take time to find the parking.
You can park in front of the property but it's not reserved. First come First serve. There is free parking along the street that it's about 10mins walking from the property. The room is clean and modern. Its size is quite small but didn't feel too uncomfortable. Btw, it's good if you come to visit Matera as it's very convenient to walk to the center of Matera.
The rooms were modern and comfortable, close to the main historical area so the hotel location was very good. AC worked great for the hot summer day. The bed was very comfortable!
Nice small apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to the historic and urban center both. If you don’t have the strong desire to sleep in the stone historic buildings with all that will come with it - this place is the right choice.
