First class treatment and friendly staff. The hotel is located 5 minutes by shuttle bus from cervinia. Shuttle buses were very quick to arrive when requested for trips to town and the slopes. The location is great with a beautiful view. The hotel sauna is great after skiing. But the staff are what made it. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is lovely; we snuck in on a last-second mid-week booking, prices were fair, and amenities were great. The facility is nice, new, away from town (with a shuttle), and has terrific views. The staff is friendly and attentive, they also speak multiple languages well as you would expect. Breakfast (if you take the included items) is very good and has lots of selections. Having a ski rental shop in the building is an excellent amenity that should be marketed. I also enjoyed my afternoon drinks in the bar while takign in the 270* view.

The amazing bathrobes, our room had the sound of water from outside which was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel shuttle available at your convenience with super short waiting times. Fantastic breakfast and service with a beautiful Matterhorn view! The orange juice and nutella croissant were amazing. Tour of the hotel upon arrival. Parking garage has big size spaces. The spa is very nice too with enough sauna options, you can also grab juice/fruit from there. The roads to/from hotel are well maintained and are easy to drive even after snowfall / freezing.

Wow!!! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They provided us a tour of this GORGEOUS hotel. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had two connecting rooms with an amazing view. We didn’t read good reviews of the restaurant, but we decided to try it anyway and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious. Local wines were flavorful. They were very helpful with my daughter’s allergies. Breakfast was delicious as well and they even celebrated my husband’s birthday! It is an amazing stay and we highly recommend this hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spa. The grounds are so nice to just walk around. We loved how dog friendly the hotel was too!

Very high hospitality from the staff, very helpful and always with smiling faces. Brilliant architecture, brand, new, right size of the rooms, comfortable lobby area.
