Massimo (host) was very helpful on both our arrival and leaving
Bedroom and bathroom were large and well appointed
Great location and in a quiet area, but very near the main tourist areas.
Location was perfect. Lots of bars and restaurants around and 5 min walk to santa spirito
We appreciated the location in a quieter part of Florence, the cleanliness of the property and the warm welcome from our host who shared plenty of practical tips on things to do and places to eat.
The host allowed us to check in early to make it to a booked tour. He provided many helpful suggestions for food and sights.
Very clean and close to the center
