Had a great stay! Location was perfect and the staff made the trip even better. Very helpful and friendly. Loved the town and the hotel. Highly recommend!

Clean, perfect location, good breakfast and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
We had a very nice stay at the Chalet. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The appartment was clean, comfortable. The ski lift is very very close around 100m from the appartment. Breakfast was delicious :) highly recommended! There is a spa 3minutes walking distance from the Chalet which we enjoyed as well.
Friendly, helpful, professional staff, especially both Nicoleta and Sonia who couldn't do enough for you and genuinely care that you enjoy your stay. Great examples of what customer care means. Location is in a nice, quiet area below main town, and altho a 15min uphill hike, Nicoleta happily provided lifts whenever needed, as well as many recommendations for restaurants. For skiing they have a heated boot cabin only 50m from hotel, then only another 50m to ski lift (which has much smaller queues than the main lift in town) The area is quiet for apres, but hotel has a bar where most fellow guests would meet up to discuss their day over a beer or two, with lovely complimentary tasty snacks supplied as added bonus. I would happily stay here again, as I discovered many guests do.
