Location was amazing and very convenient to get to via vaporetto.
Location is near Rialto Bridge and mostly walkable to main sites. Air conditioning is great for summer. Everything was stated and expected(steep stairs, top floor so if carrying a lot of luggages will be hard for people with some limitations).
