Excellent experience! Quiet, easy to sleep well! Efficient room size with spacious bathroom, very up-to-date design. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and they gave you pods for coffee. I also found the room size to be generous by Italian standards and the bathroom had some countertop space which was so nice. Filtered water was available for refilling bottles, which I appreciated. They had great air conditioning and did not have ridiculous restrictions on the temp like so many hotels today. I was able to cool the room to a comfortable sleep temperature. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time we walked by, which was a nice touch. The location is just a 2-minute walk from the train station, where you can catch trains to the Cinque Terre villages. Great price point and location. I will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time ending our trip in Cinque Terre! The staff was amazing and hospitable, and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. They organized everything we needed, and everything went smoothly. Our room was spacious with modern amenities, a large bathroom, mini bar and a good sized closet. The hotel itself is beautiful and the morning breakfast was definitely one of our favorite things! We took a private boat tour recommended by the hotel that provided a perfect day away from the crowds. Will definitely be back!

Nice welcome, lovely room, very decent breakfast, close proximity to the walked city center ZTL and the train station without being actually parked inside the crowd. My husband liked the receptionist who took the booking; he sorted us out and was very pleasant. First impressions do count. The room: I am commonly regarded as lunch for mosquitoes, so I was very pleased to find the hotel has mosquito nets on their jalousie windows, (when either open or closed), to keep them out. This is a very rare provision, and very appreciated. By me. Our room was well-appointed; comfortable bed, cool cotton sheets, nice pillows, complimentary soap etc, nice shower, hot water. Room was well dressed by housekeeping. Very clean!!  I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Cinque Terre.

This a simply wonderful Hotel which deserves five stars. We stayed in a beautifully appointed Double Deluxe Room with very comfortable bed, daily turn down service and all amenities that you need.The room was very clean. Each day we received warm, friendly and professional service from every member of staff we encountered. Really nothing was too much trouble and service came with a smile. Special mention to the owner gave great service and a warm welcome. Reception staff were really helpful with advice on trains and taxis.It was a very nice touch to receive a welcome bottle of Prosecco in our room and the breakfast buffet selection was very extensive and much better than many hotels we have visited over the years. Highly recommend this Hotel and would love to return.

Everything about our experience was 5 stars. The front desk accommodated us for early checkin. The concierge assisted us with our dinner reservations and transportation.Felicia from the housekeeping team was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with great water pressure in the shower. Parking was convenient and easy to access. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of fresh options to start the day. We had a truly unforgettable stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay while visiting the Cinque Terre.
