For the price I think it's the best. Close to the center 20 minute of walk
This is a great little apartment. It's small and compact and simple but the high ceilings make it feel light and airy.
It may be small but it still has a sofa and a breakfast bar with stools that you can eat or work at.
The kitchen has a little cooker so we made breakfast in the morning and it was nice having a proper stove top coffee machine and coffee provided.
The surrounding neighbourhood is lovely and there are shops and restaurants nearby.
It is a walk (25mins) into the centre however as it is only 5 minutes to get to the river you feel like you are in the centre a lot quicker as you can see all the landmarks from the river.
The host was super friendly and handing over the key process was very smooth.
The location is out of the busy tourist crowds, and still the historic center is easily reached by foot or bus, there is a short back-path to Piazzale Michelangelo, and a huge nearby public park (on the gardens of an old villa) which has magnificent sunset views. The place itself is very convenient and pleasantly designed. I cook all my meals myself, and found the kitchen fully functional, with everything I needed. It is small (as I saw in reviews) but well organized and has just enough space.
Good and simple communication. Getting the key and response on questions was fast. Nice quiet area and nice apartment.
