Where do I start? The house was at a great location close to the train station, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket (coop) and the marina. The apartment is so cozy, it felt like we were home. They had so many personal touches from the ocean decor to the things one might need daily. Gabriella greeted us at check in and recommended tours, restaurants and gave us tips for a better stay. She was very welcoming. We felt safe there at all times. We would definitely come back!

Everything is nice. The location is very near the station, the apartment clean, neat, tidy, and everything is made ready for us. The owner is also very nice as and welcoming. They gives all recommendation and what to see around La Spezia. Very recommended.
So clean, very spacious, all the utilities and amenities you need. So incredibly close to the Train station. Very convenient.
