Very clean! Incredibly spacious room, the bed was very comfy, the bathroom was big and came with some toiletries. Very safe location, about 7 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk to the Duomo. It is on a main road but I did not find it too noisy. Stayed for 2 nights. Great staff who was always nice and helpful when I asked questions. They gave great instructions for how to get there and check in even after the front desk closed, and they also nicely kept my baggage for a few hours after I checked out. Thank you for having me!
Amazing location, very exquisite combination of authentic Florence experience with modern comfortable, pristine cleaned daily accommodations, super friendly and helpful staff , rooms freshly remodeled , freshly renovated terrace with fantastic view of the Duomo.
It was really nice room, with all facilities. There was coffee machine and coffee provided, which was really nice.
The location was perfect, situated between Valfando train station (with access to both T1 and T2 trains) and Piazza del Duomo. The room was clean and spacious. We arrived very early, well before the check-in time, but the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They allowed us to leave our suitcases and gave us the room key, even though the room wasn’t ready yet. When we returned later in the evening, everything was perfectly arranged, and our luggage had already been placed in the room.
Before making the payment, we were kindly informed that the building was covered with scaffolding and had no elevator. This didn’t bother us as we only needed the room for sleeping. Overall, the staff was attentive, and the room had everything we needed for our two-day stay.
Location of this property was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything. I like that our room was able to be twin buds. The rooftop with the view was amazing.
