Everything was perfect.
The apartment is freshly remodeled, sparklingly clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, even washer and dryer.
The room is spacious and comfortable, nice furniture, big wardrobe.
Giuliana is kind and welcoming, she even left complimentary snacks, coffee, water and milk for us.
Good shower.
Location is great if you use Monopoli as a base to visit other places, it's just short 5 minute walk to the train station. To the historic part of the town around 15-20 minutes.

Clean and modern apartment
Extremely clean and tidy. Host was extremely lovely and helpful at all times. Property had everything you needed (i.e. washing machine and dryer, plates, cutlery and glasses, etc). Very close to the train station.
Clean, very well equipped (kitchen, towels, tourist guide book), we even got breakfast! Very responsive host and very kind sir that welcomed us to the apartment.
The apartment is in second floor, but there is also an elevator.
You can find free parking spaces outside in "zona bianca" (we were there at the end of April).
Thefe is a Carefour market just around the corner.
Also, you can get out of the city in few minutes (no traffic jams).
We have really enjoyed our stay!
