Staff was able to do a late check in last minute and was friendly. Nice quite street.
Great location, close to beaches and to the Fiumicino airport. Very quiet area. The host is very friendly. Place has been renovated recently and it shows.

+ Andrea was very helpful, gave us recommendations for restaurants and places and showed me how to buy a trainticket to Rome.
+ There is free parking available in the street and it is a safe neighborhood.
+ The trainstation is 8min away by car, there is a direct train to Roma San Pietro that only takes 20min and the trainticket only costs 2.60€.
+ The room is spacious and the terrace a nice place to relax after a day in the city or to have breakfast.
+ Andrea let us leave our luggage at the house for a few hours, which we really appreciated.
The location is perfect, in the calm neighborhood. Lots of space, clean and everything you might need on your trip - they have.
If you want to go to the sea, or lake, or Rome, it's located in between, 20min away.
Very helpful owners, willing to assist you with requests you may have.
Will visit them again, for sure!
