Great location, right in the old center, perfect for an academic on a short stay for a conference, the house is cozy, well furnished, has a homey feeling and the staff is kind.

Despite a small misunderstanding, the staff was absolutely lovely and kind.

The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the main boulevard and historic centre, which makes everything else easier. The bus station to reach the bus terminal or train station is just a few minutes's walk away. The communication with the owner was pretty smooth and he was very flexible with check-in times and other requests. The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need. The wifi password was clearly displayed.

The location is perfect - I have spent time in Perugia before and was very happy to find something so central for this price. The mini metro makes it very easy to reach from the train station and the apartment had everything I needed.

Appartamento in centro storico, in posizione comodissima per il mini metro. Perfetto per andare ai concerti di Umbria jazz. Pulito, con 2 bagni, letto comodo, torneremo.
