The staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone giving us parking information and in person at the front desk.
We had the best room in the hotel (Crema) and that was amazing. We stayed on as we liked it so much.
Lovely terrace overlooking the mountains, great restaurant (ate there twice), fabulous breakfast. Charming family runs it for generations.
Beautiful room with a mountain view. It was spotless, comfortable. We had breakfast (you pay a little extra) every morning, and the staff were delightful. We were there in off season, so very different, I imagine for skiers. But the hotel is located near a bunch of lifts. We also paid for dinner at the restaurant. Magnificent chef! Delicious meals. Lovely, attentive staff. Such a delicious place to dine.
