The apartment is very cosy and comfortable - you have everything there you can expect in a rented apartment, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is nicely fubrished, all furniture pieces have their unique style and taste, in fact, the place is like a museum (in a good way!). Wi-Fi works great, this is also a plus. The apartment is on a 4th floor and the widnows go for the inner courtyard, so it is really quiet at night and evenings. Air-coditioning works superbly, with three different AC pieces you can adjust it to your needs very flexibly. The apartment is located outside of the main touristic Rome area, but the public transportation is great here, so I would consider it a plus, not a minus. The host, Carlo, is exceptionally nice and interesting person. You will definitely find a common tongue with him. I whole-heartedly recommend renting this place!
