A locker that I could keep my luggage in for free before I left
The balcony was very nice!
The shared bathroom and common area was kept clean with a lady vacuuming and offering for a room clean or change or towels daily :)
The location was very ideal, was able to walk to ferry and restaurants were close by

The location was great, surrounded by everything. The view from the balcony is picture perfect and all facilities, including the shared bathroom, were clean. The included breakfast options were great!
I only stayed for one night and was so tired that I did not pay attention to the bed. The value for money was good. It allowed the 3 of us to stay in one room. Everything was clean, an iron was available by request, AC worked. The staff were great and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage which made our stay so comfortable. Anybody who travelled in Italy with heavy luggage knows the importance of somebody willing to help to get it to and from the property. The location is wonderful- right near a piazza and only steps away( steep steps) from the water. The train station is a walkable distance away. Right across the street there is a little store that sells cold cut sandwiches for a great price(3 or 4 Euros). The property has a rooftop terrace that you can use to lounge on and admire the lake Como views. Deborah, thank you for your hospitality and help!
