The location might not seem its the best, but once you step inside its amazing. Quaint little place. The Host are amazing and kind...they wait for us to get off the bus and came to help us. The bus stop is infront of the location. There is a little cornetto shop next store. And Bari Vecchia starts with the alley next door.

The owners were so thorough and helpful during my stay. They booked me a taxi for my trip back to the airport! Gave me a map and told me all the places to go.
Enzo met us outside normal checkin hours and was so nice and informative !! Provision of tea/ coffee / water / snacks for our 3 night stay was much appreciated . Security in the building was great and we were easy walking distance to all the sights .
We were greeted by Enzo who helped us to our room and explained everything and gave us tips on what to see in the area.
Water, juice and snacks were provided both downstairs and on the roof top terrace. Laura was available by phone for any information. We sat on our balcony or the roof top terrace and watched the ferries and cruise ships arrive and leave. We had an awesome stay at Flavi.
The housekeeper kept the rooms immaculate, the family who own and run Flavi are lovely.
