Beautiful facility, well equipped.
Helpful and welcoming staff, incredible view
Very comfortable and excellent location. Apartment has everything one needs.
Very quiet. Nice grounds. Lovely pool area. Apartment was comfortable. Sandra the manager was very accommodating and helpful. Nice kitchen and plenty of glasses and plates. Nice to have a washing machine available
on site near the pool for laundry.

The apartments we stayed at - each had their own terrace with garden table and chairs, but two 3 bedroom apartments had common garden what was very convenient for our group of friends to come together at evenings. The view from the Firenze apartment garden is absolutely stunning - Tuscany hills and vineyards at your feet....
The design of the houses - exterior and interior are designed with Tuscany touch and quality taste.
The kitchens of the apartments are very good and practically equipped - each has stove, oven, all the necessities, lot of dishes, tableware, even sharp knifes :), glasses etc.
The hostess is very friendly, supportive and helpful with various needs. For example, she arranged and ordered dinner for 15 persons (as a take out) for us at he the last night of our stay.
