Very accurate description of the facilities. Staff were very accommodating and nice. We enjoyed our visit and this was helped by the people we met there.
Friendly staff, accommodated early check in. Window that opened. Nice that breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant.
The location was great and the room was clean and tidy.
Everything was excellent for the money spent. Close to metro stations and Termini station, everything was clean and quiet, staff was very helpful. Easy check-in considering the fact that it was late in the evening already. Room was cleaned every day. There was heating and warm water
