Nice flat for a fair price in a good position in Rome.

The hosts were nice. Always available for questions. The kids took the guest book by mistake and they were flexible with us to give it back whenever we can. The Appartment is nice.

The flat is very well kept by the hosts, considering the age of the building. It is located very close to shops, making it easy to get groceries etc. Easy access to public transport is another huge benefit from staying in this property (although we used taxi's majorly) The hosts replied almost immediately to questions. It is clear they set out to make our stay as comfortable and hitch-free as possible. Another big plus for the hosts! I love that there is access to a back garden (private space) - perfect for an evening sit-out alone or with family as in our case. This private outdoor space is, in my view, the best aspect of the accommodation. It is not the biggest or fanciest accommodation but it is super, excellent value for money.

clean, comfortable, well equipped. large terrace, which can be covered automatically in case of rain :) you can also grill :) 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, there were four of us and it fit comfortably. Clean bathroom. We got the key easily. There is a small shop nearby that is open until midnight. Bus stops nearby.
