The location, close to the sea, the main attractions, Garibaldi park in front of the building. The room was clean with new furniture.
The owner is very nice and helped me with everything I needed.
+It has a strategic location (in the old town of Palermo), so careful when you rent a car as you cannot park there

Modern, clean rooms on the forth floor with an elevator. Right in the center of historic Palermo. They let us check in early at 1 pm upon our arrival. The host was always available on the booking app. Bathroom shower had great water pressure. Balcony overlooking the park and street below. Common kitchen with refrigerator. Efficient a/c. I would highly recommend for 4 people, we had the queen & 2 twin bedroom apartment.
