Location, location, location. Prestigious building and glamorous entrance, reception but above all the lounge bar, bistro and dining room with great views of the mountains. The staff were the epitome of why we love Italy - it’s people.
Breakfast was exceptional. Porter so helpful and the navette super fast. We had dinner at the restaurant one night. Food was great and we ordered a great Nebbiolo from Langhe Vietti at 70 euros!! Bar is cosy and staff very friendly. Beds are great. Room had little balcony. And used the spa on Sunday. Very nice!
