Such a lovely apartment! Wonderful for 2 couples with plenty of room and nice amenities. The location was also very close to restaurants, cafés and shops.
Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The AC worked well without issues, which was important since it was so hot in Bologna during our stay. It was lovely to come back from touring to such a comfortable place.
The communication with the hosts was seamless. They responded to questions quickly via WhatsApp. I especially loved the binder they left with not only restaurant recommendations (which were excellent), but also a little self guided tour with information about some of the important sites around the city.
We wouldn’t even look for a different place if we return to Bologna again. This place is it. We traveled for a month and stayed in a mix of apartments and moderate to high end hotels, but this apartment was unanimously our family’s favorite place that we stayed.
The property is centrally located, clean, safe and quiet. Although the property is in the city center, the accommodations are towards the back of the building, so street/traffic noises will not be a problem. Having two bathrooms was great as multiple people could shower simultaneously. The water pressure and amount of hot water was not impacted by both bathrooms being use at the same time. The bedrooms had extra pillows, blankets, hangers and the little you need to feel comfortable and right at home. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for easy meals, and a comfortable stay as well. I would highly recommend Helga House and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Bologna.

Great central location. Having two bathrooms was a real plus. Contacts were super responsive and helpful
