The location and the room were great. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the area is close to the train station. Would definitely recommend it.
We were in the Fellini room with private exterior bathroom on the second floor. Reception was very friendly and gave us a thorough orientation; owner was also present at one point, in contrast with many 21st century absentee stays. Great location in a 16th -century building, a short walk from the train station and the Basilica SMN. Communal refrigerator, a bit of a hostel feel to the place. Comfortable, not fancy; basic breakfast provided.
The service was excellent and Antonio was such a pleasure to work with upon check-in.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Assisted with carrying of suit cases up the stairway and spent some time pointing out attractions in Florence and places to eat. Inclusion of breakfast was an added bonus I was not expecting. In
The Apartment provided was fantastic, modern and clean and very spacious. Of course, we had opt for the Studio which was great.
