simply, beautiful hotel. The staff were superb. highly recommended.
Room was huge and comfortable with a king size bed. Bathroom with a full bath and shower (bit small). Linens were clean and large.

The AI Reali is a combination of old world and new. Our room was large and very traditional Venetian with a beautiful chandelier. The bathroom was exception with heat floors.
All the staff from the front desk to the breakfast room were friendly and very helpful.
