The entire hotel team are professionals and supportive. Specially Katy, who handled our stay from A-Z making sure our vacation goes smoothly.
Plus the Spa experience is really nice, and makes you sense and feel the calmness of the nature and its aroma of flavors and fragrance.

The staff are super! The, facilities, bar, room, are clean and comfortable.
We stayed in appartment with sauna and it was one of the best appartments in which we stayed ever.
Appartment has sauna, jakuzzi, large terrace with cosy beds and amazing view to the valley!
The hotel is clean, highly proffesional and very kind staff, breakfast was very rich and colorful.
The hotel fireplace room was very cosy with beautiful view to Livigno.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they helped us by ordering new tire chains. They guided us in taking ski lessons and they provided a contact person in the hotel so that we could arrange the lessons. The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool, it was small but satisfactory. The lobby had a great view where we could enjoy coffee or drinks. We used the hotel's parking garage for free. The location was close to the center and ski centers, 5-10 minutes by car. There were also buses but we did not take them, they seemed crowded.
