The location is fantastic and the reception staff were all wonderful - very helpful and friendly. Literally nothing was too much trouble and the staff provided lots of helpful information. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping area. There was no traffic noise despite the location.
The staff was very kind and helpful. We check-in and they called and made us a dinner reservation at the most delicious restaurant.
Breakfast is OK, not exceptional. Location near historic sites is excellent.
Great location! You can easily walk to main sites and train station. Late dinners in the evening the surrounding streets are well lit and have people walking so you feel very safe. Also proximity to Mercato Coperto is a plus. Staff and breakfast very nice.
