The set up was very good and every single employee was very very nice
The food was very good too
The staff was very helpful and informative about the area.
Great pool and lovely friendly people at the bar, also generally the staff were very nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent, very wide choices and plentiful. Quiet area, not in the main part of town.
The staff was great, the food at dinner likewise. The pool is clean, big and not crowded, free shuttle to the beach.
We had a weird start but the manager made sure we didn’t get disappointed, she resolved everything, and reacted like a really hotel manager I was impressed,
Christian was wonderful at breakfast, he was there every time we needed something like coffee or more water , you made our time there really enjoyable thank you Christian , you were always looking and make sure everyone was ok and got everything they needed.
Cala reale has shuttles to La pelosa beach , and let me tell you , this drivers are the kindest I’ ve ever met , they wait for you ! They make sure you are not waiting long time , I felt bad for don’t leaving tip since I didn’t have any cash with me but they really deserve it .
