Excellent location and eveything was very clean. The facilities are decorating are very nice as are the wonderful staff.

Amazing, storybook property! Epic location, amazing staff, quite lovely property. This property is partnered with the Hotel Villa Kastleruth. Both properties are amazing. The hotel is contemporary and luxurious, this property is decorated in more traditional form and very quiet and why we chose this location. The lobby, sitting area and honesty bar were quiet and welcomed after a long hike. The staff -hotel and B&B- were very helpful and informative. Easy access to the lift and adjacent hiking routes. Breakfast -provided- was robust and plentiful. Finally, very accommodating for an early check in and parking was easy, close and included. We shall return and we will stay here! NOTE: pay close attention to the rooms. We booked 2 as we are a 3 person family. The single is quite small but perfect for our 20 yr old son. The double was very large and perfect for my wife and I.

The hotel was conveniently located, has parking - which is huge plus- very clean, lovely staff and delightful breakfast.

Very nice facility, several beautiful common sitting areas. The sauna and aroma-therapy room were really nice and relaxing after a long day on our feet. The honor bar was unexpected and really convenient with very reasonable prices. Room was large with seating and comfortable bed. The view from our room was really nice and included view of the mountains. Location was awesome, just around corner from the bus stop. Complimentary tickets for free rides on bus system running throughout the S Tryol region were unexpected and really appreciated. Staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast had a lot of options - well worth the cost. Katja was very helpful in locating items we left after checkout and assisting in options for return to us.

Beautiful and tasteful, traditional Alpine decor. An intriguing collection of paintings. So very comfortable and centrally located by the bell tower. Great breakfast and accommodating hostesses in traditional Alpine dress. It is like going back in time, with all the comforts of the 21st century.
