Friendly staff an a well organized breakfast area.
The hotel is closed to the beach & they have a terrace with view to the beach.
The variety of cakes for breakfast is amazing.
Direct access to the beach. Building and rooms new.

Sun terrace was bonus on windy days
Perfect location for a lazy weekend. The facilities are simple, clean, no frills but al you need for a couple of days. Breakfast is super and the best coffee in Tuscany. Staff helpful and friendly.
