The spa facilities, dining, and parking were excellent! The front desk gave us some great recommendations for hikes nearby that we might have otherwise missed. The shuttle will drive you into San Cassiano or other trailheads. Rooms were very comfy and spacious.

Ciasa Salares was exactly like the reviews. Beautiful facilities and breakfast. The highlight was our wine/ cheese tasting at Cocun Cellars with Clems and Rebecca who were fabulous and knowledgeable. Make sure to visit the chocolate room after dinner as well.

Everything about this hotel was amazing- the location, the comfort of the room, the food (half board was effectively 5 courses of beautifully prepared and presented quality food). But the staff are its greatest asset- lots of smiles, help with walking routes and a shuttle to near by town.

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. It was the warmest welcome we’ve received our entire two weeks across Italy. The food, the wine, the cocktails are incredible. The cleaning service takes pride in their work and made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms. We honestly wished we could stay much longer than 3 nights!

The hospitality here was top notch! Everyone was so nice as soon as we walked in. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was so relaxing. The kids had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and the amenities were great as well. They had a shuttle to take us into San Cassiano and back, which was super convenient. Additionally they gave us each a bus pass to travel through the Alta Badia region. Would definitely stay here again!
