The staff is very kind. The staff can answer any question that you have. We have stayed here probably 10 times in 10 years. Always happy.
Beautiful building in center of beautiful town. Friendly staff and great value. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good

Very friendly staff
Location was exceptional. However when I tried to walk from the train station to the Hotel, I found out there are 2 train stations in this city. The one I disembarked at was much more than 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Hotel lobby, reception and breakfast areas were very appealing. Well kept hotel.
I love this hotel, the staff, exceptional breakfast, location, etc. One of my favorite places in Monticatini. The on site restaurant is awesome, as well!
