Such a wonderful, traditional, cozy property. Fantastic services with the on-demand shuttle to pretty much anywhere. Excellent food in the restaurant on site. Great bar and fireplace at the lobby. Prestige suite was wonderful. Could not ask for more.

This hotel is true, old world, alpine luxury. The location is exquisite - in the beautiful valley at the base of the Matterhorn (Cervino); ask for a room with THAT view. They accommodate pets. But it all starts with the staff - all with excellent attention to details, helpful and friendly. Go to their bar and sample cocktails at the huge lobby fireplace or outside. Special note of the barman, who new his stuff. The SPA is excellent and very clean. The rooms are great, with all amenities.

Beautiful and traditional picture perfect hotel. Impeccable staff and service, nothing is too much trouble. Very nice spa. Wonderful food and excellent bar. They are happy to run you up and down to the village but it is possible to walk easily
