Loved the location, the view and the amenities. The gentleman at the reception desk was welcoming and very helpful. The buffet meals were good.
The woman at the reception desk could use some lessons in customer service. She made you feel like it was an imposition to ask her for anything.
Overall, though, the staff were great.
The view was amazing. The location is amazing. The breakfast was great as well.

We had a really good view over lake Garda. The pool area was also really appreciated! The breakfast was really good!
