The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring Sorrento, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and the perfect way to cool down after exploring in the summer heat.
Clean, comfortable, extremely polite, professional and helpful staff and service.
Breakfast was huge and so many options. Meats, veggie options, fruit, cereal, hot and cold drinks and tons of cakes/pastries.
The hotel is so beautiful and clean and never felt busy even though there were a lot of people staying. Lovely pool that was never too busy.
100% would stay again!
The location was really good, although you need a car to move in Sorrento. Great pool and the room size was really good. I recommend to stay at Isabella if you travel to Sorrento
The staff was very nice with us, always thoughtful and eager to solve any problems we may have. The location is relatively good, 10 min car ride from the port and walking distance from nice beaches and restaurants. Also, the room was spacious and the relationship between price and quality was excellent.
