The friendliness of staffs are the top level. They were calm and really supportive. The breakfast is great!!!

A very nice hotel, with a wonderful and helpful manager. The breakfast was superb, and the other staff members were also great.
I like that the hotel staff are very accommodating. They've given us all information that we needed e.g. what to see, where to eat, links to where to take the bus for Tre Cime etc... our room is clean and has a nice view. Breakfast has many selections. And we love the sauna! I highly recommend this place! Will definitel be coming back.
It’s a convenient hotel for ski holidays at Kronplatz ski resort. The ski bus station is just a couple of steps from the hotel and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the ski slopes. The manager and staff are very nice, the rooms clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
