Location was excellent. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was perfect . Exceeded all my expectations. Super easy check in and the clerks even helped with the luggage.

The breakfast was very Continental and European with breads, jams, and cakes. Coffee was individually made in cafe style and very good. The tiled breakfast room was bright and delightful in the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel L’Isola. The staff is remarkable and did everything in their power to help us with an unfortunate issue we had. No fault of the hotel! The hotel is so peaceful, just a short train ride into the hustle and bustle of Rome. We spent 3 glorious days here. Loved the morning coffee in the hotel and the quant neighborhood restaurants. We got to know several local cats as well. Keep in mind the restaurants in Santa Marinella generally do not open for the evening meal until 7:30pm. There are limited restaurants that serve awesome lunches all within walking distance of L’Isola. The food everywhere here was fabulous!

Quiet, easy to walk everywhere, great restaurant next door

Picturesque, charming, very clean, lovely warm and friendly staff and community. Extremely helpful and concerned when our travel shuttle to our cruise ship had a bit of a hiccup. Breakfast was top notch and very delicious! Food in all the restaurants was amazing! It was an easy walk to the train station and a relaxing train ride into Rome.
