Very clean, confortable, with beach access. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and bus station. Close to the public transport boat station (20 minutes from Venice).

I stayed in the superior room on the ground floor that had a lovely outside seating area. The room was beautiful, very modern & newly renovated.
Location close to the beach, great value for money, friendly staff, and a nice garden. Although there was no breakfast, there was a coffee machine and a water/juice machine in the morning.
I would recommend it, 2 persons and 1 child were a good fit
