The location is wonderful. You feel immersed in the mountains.
Lovely hotel, convenient location even for travelers without a car, great breakfasts (croissants are in a league of it own).
All staff extremely welcoming and helpful. So relaxing.
We were half board and the food was exceptional. All adjustments for gluten intolerances were made and delicious substitutions were required.
Room was very spacious and comfortable with terrace outside and close to pool. Spectacular views of the Trenta Dolomiti range.
Wonderful holiday would love to return.

For example, my wife is a vegetarian, and for dinner, the kitchen and the waitress simply went out of their way to adapt a dish to her taste.
Value above and beyond. It's a shame we had to continue the trip. Otherwise, we would have been happy to stay longer. Much longer.
Stunning location with views that are magical, we were in room 27 and sat on the balcony for many hours mesmerised. Would love to come back, have reserved 2 rooms for New Years Eve + a few days and really hope to make it back
