Nice quiet place and neighborhood, good for our family. Loved the pools, great breakfast and dinner, the best morning hot chocolat/kakao :)

The hotel is located in the quiet, peaceful Pineta district, close to the beach. Clean, practical rooms. Polite staff, among whom I would especially highlight the kindness, smiling, fresch personality of Aicha. She also serves at the pool bar.
The breakfast is adequate. The bicycle provided by the hotel broke down in the city center, but upon informing the reception, they arranged for a replacement bicycle to be picked up at their nearby sister hotel. The heated pool and the built-in and traditional jacuzzi are the icing on the cake!
Very good breakfast with good variety, the pool is for little kids in summer time, beach is at optimal distance. And bicycle availability on courtesy is very competitive. Personel's attention was great!
Our room was great with a balcony overlooking the pool, the air conditioing worked well. The room was very clean. Dinner was nice in the restaurant but the hotel is located in an area which is walking distance to the beach and other good restaurants. Nice pool great for families. Staff were very helpful.
The hotel is perfectly located in Grado Pineta, close to the beach and close to the center (10 min bike ride). Breakfast is good and dinner is also excellent for a very reasonable price. The room is spacious and clean. Swimming pool and relaxing areas are also nice and clean. Free bikes to be used during the stay
The best part of this hotel is the staff: kind, available, gentle and helpful. Especially Silvia is a super star.
