The place was very clean, BF was delicious, we had a very comfortable stay. Was surprised with a handwritten note and a gift of a bottle of wine from the owner, amazing, thank you. Most of all, the staff, Kathy, was very helpful, warm and efficient. She is a real asset to the Organisation. Her young assistant was friendly and helpful too. Thank you Marvin, for a wonderful stay.
The room was spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Staff was super nice, they had the room well prepared for us including complimentary bottle of Tuscan wine.
The person at the front desk was super nice and gave us plenty of tips to make our stay even better
Property was very clean and good location if you want to visit Montepulciano and Pienza(the room and other places in hotel). Also, parking is good.
And the hostess is very very nice and welcoming. Also, we got a bottle of wine as a gift which is very nice.
