Traveling with my husbands and another couple. We are all American and beyond basic greetings...only speak English. Front desk did a great job communicating with us. I accidentally booked one more room than I needed. He worked with booking.com to get me a full refund. Night help was engaged and informative. He was a self-proclaimed whiskey expert, which we enjoyed. We booked the "Jack and Jill" bedroom on the top floor, had gorgeous views of the water and the mountains. Balcony was a delight. Room was spacious for Italy and had everything we needed. Walking distance to our restaurant reservations and the beach front. Free breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Also, there is gated parking. Highly recommend!
