Lovely staff and delicious half board!
The bathroom, even though was small, was spotless clean and the shower was fantastic.
Perfect location for skiing, direct access to the Pralongia lift.
Elena the hostess / manager was extremely nice and very accommodating as was Giovanni at breakfast. The property is not brand new but for its agent it is an incredible value… Good location right near the chairlift …. I am here for a mountain bike trip and it was great all around!
De breakfast was great, really nice bread and good cheeses. Fresh fruits and really good coffee. the lady helping us was incredibly friendly, very helpful. We needed a room for that night, calling them at 17:30 and we where more than welcome, even with our two large dogs. The price on booking was well over 100 euro cheaper than via their own site though, perfect for me haha. The bed was nice, the bathroom was really clean and nice. Everything is basic but clean and not broken.

Our first room was tiny. We asked for a change as soon as possible and this was effected after 2 nights.
