Everything. The hotel has a great location. You can walk up the hill to the Cathedral. It’s quite a steep walk so it for everyone, and take a flashlight if you’re doing it in the dark. The hotel has parking and there’s a very good restaurant behind it. The breakfast is delicious and varied with lots of home-made cakes and cookies. The owners live on site and are very friendly and helpful.
Excellent hotel for 2 star rating. Good and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Location - just outside Assisi. Good Parking. Great Value.

The room was safe, clean, just what we needed. Beautiful location.
Accommodating family and beautiful hotel. Plenty of room for rental car parking which is great since I can't imagine finding a spot within the city walls. The walk to the town entry is up a steep hill so I recommend walking up with empty water bottles and then filling up at one of the potable water fountains in town. We had an amazing time here!
