Gorgeous views, friendly staff, easy location to reach Assisi.
Large beautiful traditional stone house with a panoramic terrace for breakfast and a fantastic swimming pool (the biggest of our entire trip) and views, at a 15 minute walk from Assisi old city. Amazing. Friendly staff.
The view was amazing. I felt like I was at a world class resort when I sat by the pool. The staff was very kind and helpful to a tourist who speaks no Italian. They called me a taxi whenever I needed.

The room was nice---except had to go up and down some steps outside. The food at the hotel was good. Was able to walk from the hotel to the town of Assisi. A uphill walk so not good for people with disabilities but walkable for this 74 year old. The GPS from Avis had me going about 1 1/2 blocks away from it. Do not know why . Went around in circles to get to it and people a country block away didn't where it was--not the hotels fault. The pool was right near my room and looked great. Did not have time to use it.
