NOT MUCH! FRIENDLY STAFF.
I'm used to coffee and tea in rooms, and they weren't available for guests. They do not cater to Australian or American guests. I asked for a kettle, and they said they don't supply any. There was no telephone in the room, I had to walk down to reception for any queries. They didn't give us the WiFi details until I asked for it after 48 hours. No phone reception in the room, I've travelled 4 months so far in Europe, and every hotel supplied tea, coffee, and sugar. They said I could get some hot water, but that was an inconvenience when at bedtime nobody was available to ask. Or early mornings, I need to go down to reception and ask for it.
